About Me

I'm Philippa, and with Wild Ox I bring together my long-standing love of movement and my interest in living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

Alongside Wild Ox, I have spent nearly two decades working in the NHS in programme and project management roles, helping organisations deliver change and improve services.

Supporting teams through complex projects has taught me a lot about how people navigate change, build resilience and turn intentions into action. These same ideas underpin the way I approach coaching and wellbeing.
